CALIFORNIA SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken breast
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped cucumber
1 sliced green onion
1 diced apple
1/2 lb. seedless grapes
1 lb. can pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Mix well and chill.
