CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
2 med. onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seeds
2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/4 tsp. turmeric

Boil vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seeds, mustard seeds, and turmeric. Pour over cabbage, mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours. Serves 4 to 6 depending on size of cabbage.
