ITALIAN PORK CHOPS 
5 or 6 center cut pork chops
5 or 6 med. potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
1 lg. jar B&G red pepper slices, juice and all
Garlic, oregano salt and pepper to taste
Oil

In a 6-quart pot warm 2-3 tablespoons oil. Add pork chops and brown. Add potatoes and brown. Add jar of peppers and spices; cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until meat falls off the bones and is very tender.

I serve it with fresh green beans or broccoli. The potatoes are especially good when mashed in the juices. Serves 2 adults and 2 children (approximately).
