ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
1 egg, beaten with milk
Bread crumbs
1 c. chicken broth (or bouillon)
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. Muenster cheese

Dip chicken in egg; then bread crumbs; fry in oil; drain. Transfer to 9 x 12 inch baking dish, pour chicken bouillon over chicken; top with sliced mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese - bake another 20 minutes (uncovered).
