SPINACH AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pt. sour cream
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook spinach and broccoli together and drain well. Mix the sour cream and onion soup together and stir into vegetables. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
