GREEN GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. cottage cheese (16 oz.)
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. Cool Whip (4 1/2 oz.)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and chill until partially congealed. Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Cool Whip, pineapple and pecans. Fold into gelatin and chill until firm. Given to me by Dianne Short.

My aunt made this ALWAYS in the 50's and 60's. It is great. Delicious with mayonnaise. She added an envelope of clear gelatinous and a small can of evaporated milk. Delicious.
