GREEN SALAD 
1 pkg. green Jello
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple

In bowl, mix green Jello and sugar with 3/4 cup of hot water. Stir until it is dissolved. Put this in the refrigerator. Let it cool. Bring it out and beat it until its thick. Add cottage cheese and pineapple. Beat whipping cream and add it to the rest. Pour into a mold. Let it sit for at least four hours before serving.
