GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
Mayonnaise
1 (No. 2) can French cut green beans, drained
3/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped

Dissolve Jello in one cup boiling water. Let cool, but not set up. Mix lemon juice and sugar in a cup and stir until dissolved. Fill the cup with mayonnaise and stir until smooth, add to Jello and stir smooth. Add beans, celery, green pepper and onion. Pour into mold.
