QUICK POTATO SALAD | |
2 lb. sm. red potatoes, cooked 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Original Ranch salad dressing Paprika or black pepper Chives Crisp-cooked crumbled bacon (optional garnish) Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1-inch cubes. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions and salad dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
