HOT POTATO SALAD 
2 lb. sm. red new potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch with bacon salad dressing (pkg.)
Paprika or black pepper
Chives
Crisp bacon, crumbled (optional)

While still warm, cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Gently toss together potatoes, onions and salad dressing. Dust with paprika or pepper. Garnish with chives. Serve warm or at room temperature. I always add crisp fried bacon crumbled for extra flavor.
