QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in bite size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. beef broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked

Saute onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter. Remove from pan. Put in steak. Saute. Add ketchup and broth. Cover and simmer until tender. Return onion mixture to pan. Mix. To 1/4 cup of water, add flour. Pour into pan. Stir until thickened. Add sour cream. Serve over noodles.
