PINEAPPLE RITZ 
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. butter

Spray bottom of a 9 x 12 pan with cooking spray. Place pineapple chunks evenly over the bottom. Sprinkle sugar and flour over chunks. Top with crackers, then pour melted butter over crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove and add cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes until cheese is well melted.
