2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Beat sugar, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients, mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

PUMPKIN CAKE ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 box confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and pour over pumpkin cake.
