FRUIT AND NUT ROLLS 
1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
1/4 c. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/4 c. diced fruit

Thaw dough according to package directions. Roll into 8x16 inch rectangle. Spread to within 1/2 inch of edge with softened butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, fruits and nuts.

Roll up tightly starting at wide edge. Seal well by pinching edges together. Cut roll into 12 slices. Place cut side up on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Ice with vanilla icing.

VANILLA ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. softened butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and blend together until smooth.
