SMOKEY PORK RIBS 
4 - 6 lb. pork country style ribs, cut 1 inch thick
Water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. original Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. hickory liquid smoke
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Place ribs in large sauce pan; cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile brown garlic in butter in sauce pan 2 to 3 minutes; add 1/4 cup water and remaining ingredient and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ribs on grill; cook 20 minutes turning and brushing with sauce every 5 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
