TATOR TOT HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef, lightly browned
Onions
Salt & pepper
1 lg. bag frozen vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk
Tator tots (plain or bacon flavored)

Brown meat with onions, salt and pepper. Grease casserole and place vegetables on the bottom. Top with beef. Mix soup with milk and pour over vegetables and meat. Place tator tots on top. Bake for 1 hour, covered first 30 minutes, uncovered for last. Bake at 350 degrees.
