JAPANESE WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
3 tbsp. water (add a little more if dough is too thick)

Mix together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend until creamy and frost cake.
