2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all ingredients until blended. Let mixture sit for a few minutes, place in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together.
