MEAT LOAF 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. raw quick cooking oats
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried savory leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
2 1/2 lb. ground chuck

In large bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork. Stir in milk, salt, savory, pepper and parsley, set aside.

In hot butter in skillet, saute onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Add to egg mixture along with ground chuck. Mix until well combined.

Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Brush with half of the glaze. Return to oven for 1 hour. Spread rest of glaze on meat loaf and serve.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid gravy seasoning
