1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 2 (8") cake pans or an 8"x10"x2" pan. Spread in pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Very easy and very moist.
