HONEY-CURRY CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 lbs. chicken, skinned

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Dip chicken into sauce, coating all sides. Place chicken in a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Reserve remaining sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
