HONEY CURRY CHICKEN 
6 half chicken breast, skinned
1 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry powder
6 tbsp. butter

Place chicken in baking dish in saucepan. Melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over chicken turning to coat well.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes basting occasionally. Chicken will have a golden glaze when done.
