HONEY-CURRY CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. curry powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking pan, skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hours basting every 15 minutes. Chicken should be tender and golden brown. Excellent served over rice!
