BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 eggs, well beaten
4 oz. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. round plain cracker crumbs

Mix all together, except cracker crumbs. Pour into a square, well-buttered baking dish. Sprinkle top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. (You can use spinach instead of broccoli.)
