BROCCOLI SALAD #2 
3 c. fresh broccoli, chopped, cooked, drained and chilled
1 c. cooked, shredded beets, drained

DRESSING:

1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Arrange broccoli on serving dish. Surround with beets. Drizzle dressing over all. Serves 4.
