BROCCOLI SALAD II 
3 bunches fresh broccoli
1 lb. bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 lg. purple onion
1 c. chopped parsley
4 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. creole seasoning
2/3 c. olive oil
3/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Split broccoli flowerets from stem. Slice, wash, drain and place in plastic bag and chill. After chilling, mix broccoli, parsley, garlic, creole seasoning, bacon and onions in large bowl. Stir oil, vinegar and mustard until creamy. Pour over salad and serve. Serves 6-8.
