POLYNESIAN DINNER 
In order as served:

2 cans Chinese noodles
6 c. cooked rice
1 boiled, boned chicken, thicken liquid with cornstarch, salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. sliced cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1 c. pineapple chunks
Sliced almonds

Put noodles in middle of plate and add everything else or top. Believe it or not, it's really delicious. Serve with rolls or biscuits.
