SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS 
1 loaf white bread
4 cloves garlic, smashed, peeled & finely chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. leaf sage, crumbled
1/2 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
1/2 tsp. leaf savory, crumbled
Pepper to taste

Crumble bread in food processor. Whirl until fine. Microwave, uncovered at full power (100%) for 9 minutes, stirring 3 times during cooking. Set aside.

Combine garlic, oil, sage, thyme and savory and microwave, uncovered at full power 3 minutes.

Pour over reserved crumbs. Stir in pepper. Microwave at full power, uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring twice. Set aside to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
