RUBY CRANBERRY RING 
2 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 cans cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until partially thickened. Add 1/2 cup hot water and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Stir in cranberries, pineapple and walnuts. Chill until firm. Good with ham, turkey or chicken.
