SALMON LOAF | |
1 lb. can salmon, flaked, drained & picked over for bones 1 (8 oz.) pkg. reg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. white horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt (opt.) 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke Mix and refrigerate overnight covered. Next day shape into logs with wax paper. Roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Chill in refrigerator. (Chop pecans very fine.) |
