WAIKIKI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 green pepper
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine ground beef, eggs and salt. Form into 12 balls. Brown and drain off any grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
