EASY CHERRY TORTE 
Graham crackers, not crushed
1 pt. light Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (other flavors are fine)
9x9 inch pan

Line pan with whole crackers. Beat cheese, and add Cool Whip and vanilla. Pour layer of cheese mixture over crackers. Add layer of pie filling, and repeat layers one more time. Chill.
