LASAGNE 
1 pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked
1 qt. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. chopped meat
1/2 lb. sausages
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 container Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic

Brown sausages and chopped meat and drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce and spices. Simmer until aroma fills room. Mix egg and parsley into Ricotta cheese. Layer in lasagne (or rectangular roasting) pan with lasagne noodles, sauce with meat, Ricotta and Mozzarella and then again until noodles, sauce and cheeses are used. Bake, covered with foil for 1 hour, uncovered for 1/2 hour more at 350 degrees. Serve hot with Italian bread.
