2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all of above ingredients by hand. Dump into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done. (No longer than 55 minutes.)

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Mix together. Put on top of cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
