COTTON PICKIN' CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 large instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Add eggs, oil and water to cake mix. Stir in oranges and pecans. Pour into 3 (8-inch) cake pans, greased and floured.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting. Mix Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding together for frosting.
