1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)

Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake as directed on box.

Icing:

1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)

Fold into large container of Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
