PIG PICKIN CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup salad oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges, juice and all. Grease and flour a 12 inch bundt pan.

Bake 325°F for 35 to 50 minutes. Cool. When cool, slice in half, crosswise. Put frosting between layers, on top and sides. Cake keeps 5-6 days in refrigerator.

Frosting:

8 oz. cool whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple, juice and all

Mix ingredients with a wire whisk.
