DELICIOUS BRAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. celery, chopped
4 med. potatoes
3 lg. bratwurst
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

Saute celery until partially done. In a well buttered 2-quart casserole dish, place potatoes, thinly sliced. Cut brats into 1 inch pieces. Cook thoroughly. Drain grease off and place on top of potatoes. Place celery and green beans over brats. Mix milk with soup and pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered. Serves 4 to 6.
