DELICIOUS VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, cubed
2 stacks saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1 c. mayonnaise

Drain canned vegetables. Mix all vegetables, cheese, and mayonnaise. Cover bottom of large casserole dish with crackers. Pour in vegetable mix. Cover with remaining crackers. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
