HOT FRUIT SALAD 
USE FRUITS:

Pears
Peaches
Cherries
Apricots
Pineapple

SAUCE:

2/3 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sauce: Melt butter, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix with pineapple juice. Spoon over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Better if cooked the day before and rewarmed to serve the next day. Makes large casserole.
