1/3 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallows
1 bar semi-sweet chocolate, grated
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine butter and sugar in heavy saucepan and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, except walnuts. Beat until well mixed. Then add walnuts. Spoon into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Makes 48 (1 1/2 inch) squares.
