YUM YUM CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix by hand and press into the bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

NEXT LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 med. Cool Whip (9 oz.)

Mix together with mixer and spread on top of bottom layer.

NEXT LAYER:

2 cans ready mix chocolate pudding

LAST LAYER:

Cool Whip

You can sprinkle with nuts if you want. (Let chill for a couple of hours.)
