HAMBURGER WELLINGTON | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls 2 tbsp. catsup 1 egg, beaten Combine mustard, beef and dry seasonings. Make 4 oval burgers about 1-inch thick. Brown in skillet on both sides. Drain. Cover each burger with a rectangle of rolls (2 triangle rolls together). brush inside of covering with catsup, outside with egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
