4 potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sour cream
Dash of parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste

Peel and boil potatoes. Mash potatoes and add remaining ingredients. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
