TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 can condensed celery or mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 can tuna

Cook and drain macaroni. Slowly heat soup, milk and cheese until the cheese melts. Mix macaroni, minced onion, tuna and soup mixture together and put into a greased 1 1/2 to 1 3/4-quart casserole.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.

Variations: Substitute a pound of wieners or a can of Spam or a pound of ham, cut up, for the tuna.
