TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 quarts + 15 people

2 cans tuna, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 lb. boiled Irish potatoes
1 tall jar pimento
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
Butter

Slice potatoes and layer potatoes, salt, pepper, pimento and tuna. On top layer put chopped hard boiled eggs. On top of eggs put grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until brown (350 to 400 degrees).
