INDIAN STEW 
3 lb. cubed beef
1 lg. bunch leeks
1/2 bag fresh cranberries
1 lg. bag frozen corn
Rosemary-basil to taste

Brown cubed beef in oil; drain fat, leave meat drippings. Slice leeks, white part only, thinly saute. Mix flour and water to make 1 cup of gravy. Add to pan and stir until blended only. Add cranberries-herbs. Simmer for 45 minutes, stir frequently, do not let mixture thicken too much. Add water if necessary. Add corn, cook 15-20 minutes longer. Serve with green salad and corn bread.
