CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/3 can white wine (Chablis)
Grated cheese
Bread crumbs
butter

Cut cabbage fine and boil in salted water until almost done. Drain. Put in casserole. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat cheddar cheese soup and white wine until smooth. Pour over cabbage.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and sprinkle bread crumbs also. Dot with butter. Cook at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
