“PULL TAFFY” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  TOFFEE

PULL TAFFY 
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 cup water

Combine ingredients; stir until sugar is dissolved.

Cook to hard crack stage or until it will spin a thread (275°F on candy thermometer).

Pour out on cold buttered platter. Pull edges to center and centers out. Pull until white; cut into portions.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
