BELL PEPPER JELLY 
2 c. ground sweet bell peppers
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 bottle liquid fruit pectin
Green cake coloring (amount opt.)

Boil the peppers, sugar and vinegar together for 6 minutes. Add the liquid pectin and boil for 3 more minutes. Add 2 to 3 drops cake coloring, if desired. Pour boiling into half pint jars and seal immediately.
